Poor Servants of the Mother of God (PSMG) is a charitable organisation working out of a number of locations throughout the UK. We initially approached IT Corporation, who were highly recommended to us by a trusted associate, as we needed help embracing a better way to use IT to help make our work more efficient and to enable better collaboration throughout the charity.

As a result of the ongoing partnership with IT Corporation, PSMG can now boast a solid and reliable IT infrastructure that has provided the organisation with the right tools and platforms to bring our data and resources under control. The new systems have also made communication within the Charity’s geographically-dispersed locations far more efficient and have enabled our teams to work better together.

IT Corporation also provides ongoing support to our entire 150-strong user base, which includes telephone and remote support via their help desk, remote monitoring of our systems, and regular visits by the engineers to all of the locations we operate from. They are a very trusted partner who have taken the time to really understand our organisation and with whom we have an excellent and close working relationship. They continue to guide, advise and help implement the right solutions for us as new challenges arise.

Their team of engineers have become almost key members of our own staff, they know our people on a personal level and are always ready to help. They never attempt to baffle us with technical jargon or science, but are always very patient and clear when working to resolve any of our support queries.
