Why do we collect this information?

What do we do with this information?

We will process your personal data to achieve the above purposes as follows:

  • We contact you in reply to your enquiry.
  • We record your details as a contact at our customer and use them to keep in touch with you regarding the contract.
  • We use your contact details as a customer to inform you of our other products and services unless you have opted out of marketing communications.
  • If we were to sell our business, we would transfer the personal data we hold to the buyer so they can continue to carry on the business on the same basis.

We do not pass your contact details to third parties for marketing purposes unless you have opted in to our doing so.

Who might we share your information with?

We will not pass on your contact details to third parties without first obtaining your consent to our instructing them to provide the particular service required. The following third parties may receive your contact details for the following purpose(s):

  • Right to judicial review: in the event that we refuse your request under rights of access, we will provide you with a reason as to why. You have the right to complain as outlined below.
